As an avid sports lover with an obsession for pop culture that originated from the 90s, the concept of functionality and authenticity resonates profoundly with my design ethos. While I've never been drawn to the cliché of sophisticated minimalist fashion, I have a strong appreciation in understated style with an appropriate proportion of boldness.
I have had diverse experience in my 13 year career in the fashion industry, I bring with me different perspectives and ideas for product design and development. My creativity and keen sense in aesthetics are grounded in operational proficiency, and I believe in putting the consumer first as the key to success. Adaptability is a skill I've demonstrated throughout my career which enabled me to develop a holistic set of abilities including quality control, fashion design, marketing and product development.
I value the importance of cross team collaboration to deliver growth and maximize profitability, and it is this true sense of cross-functional collaboration that supported my achievements, from securing new clients to consistently meeting deadlines. Above all, I embrace continuous learning to keep up in a business world where change is constant.
I understand what it takes to build relationships and lead effectively, through empathy and integrity, I'm proud to have established genuine rapport with coworkers and friends along the supply chain. There's a saying that goes, "When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen." In my mind,
listening is the foundation to effective communication as it is critical to maintain relationships with clients and it is a key building block to solve problems and reach organizational goals.
